Costs:
- $450 for events hosting 50 or fewer guests; $550 for events hosting 51-75 guests; $650 for events hosting 76-100 guests; $700 for events hosting 101-125 guests. Rental fee due NLT 10 days prior to the event.
- The rental fee is for an event lasting up to five hours. Additional time is available for $50/hour.
- Clients are welcome to access the hall for up to four hours (at no cost) on the day prior to an event to decorate, move in food and beverages, tweak the arrangement of tables and chairs, etc.
- A fully refundable deposit of $150 is required to hold a reservation, and to cover any damages/excessive post-event cleaning charges
- No charge for use of kitchen, fridge, freezer; $50 surcharge for use of stove and/or oven. No charge for use of the re-heating/convection oven.
- If a client plans to serve alcohol at an event, the client must purchase a one-day liability insurance certificate from an insurance company and/or broker. These certificates currently cost approximately $250.00. Details available from Whispering Pines.
