A Convenient, Scenic Location
Nestled in rural Holland Township, NJ, Whispering Pines is just minutes from Milford, Frenchtown, and Phillipsburg in New Jersey, as well as Easton and Upper Bucks County in Pennsylvania.
Whispering Pines is proudly affiliated with the Holland Township Volunteer Fire Company, and all rental income directly supports our volunteer firefighters and the community they serve.
What Whispering Pines Offers:
- Seating for 125 guests
- Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, steam table, and warming/convection oven
- Chafing dishes and Sterno available at no charge (upon request)
- Wet bar (guests provide their own beverages)
- Hardwood dance floor
- Space for a band or DJ
- Ambient/mood lighting
- Large parking lot with ample guest parking
- Affordable, community-friendly pricing
Rental Rates
- $500 – up to 50 guests
- $600 – 51–75 guests
- $700 – 76–100 guests
- $800 – 101–125 guests
Rental includes up to 5 hours for an event plus up to four hours for day-before prep (see below). Additional time is available for $50 per hour.
Kitchen use:
- No charge for refrigerator or freezer
- $50 surcharge for stove/oven use
- No charge for warming/convection oven
- If alcohol will be served, a one-day liability insurance certificate is required (approximately $150). Details are available upon request.
To make your planning easier:
- Enjoy up to 4 hours of free access the day before your event to decorate, arrange tables, and bring in food and beverages.

A Note From Our Volunteers
Whispering Pines is operated almost entirely by volunteers from the Holland Township Fire Department, with all rental income going directly back into maintaining the hall and supporting our firefighters. There are no outside subsidies.
We are committed to keeping Whispering Pines affordable and accessible to everyone. If you are able and wish to do so, we welcome a voluntary rental donation in addition to your rental fee. Your generosity helps ensure this community space remains available for all.
